The King and Queen Camilla are on a four-day U.S. trip marking America's 250th anniversary. Arriving April 27, they were greeted by President Donald Trump and first lady Melania Trump. On April 28, Charles became the second British monarch to address a joint meeting of Congress. On April 29 the couple visited the 9/11 Memorial, then split for solo engagements—Charles at Harlem Grown, Camilla at the New York Public Library—reuniting for an arts reception at Christie’s. Their final U.S. engagements include events in Virginia, after which the King travels to Bermuda.
